Mystic is currently seeking a Expo / Support Person to join our team. The Expo/Support is responsible for running food from our kitchen to waiting tables. Busing tables when needed and side work for there station. Occasionally greeting guests, providing accurate wait times, escorting customers to the dining and bar areas helping out our Host personnel. Ensuring our guests have a positive experience from the moment they walk in the door until they leave. Other duties will include learning multiple support positions, like to-go's learning our Toast tablet, and helping out with our inventory from time to time.

Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests to the venue
- Understand and identify all menu items
- Answer phones, take messages, and book and manage reservations
- Escort customers to assigned dining or bar areas when needed
- Greet customers upon their departure
- Maintain a clean Expo and reception area
- Cater to guests who require extra attention (e.g., children, elderly) when serving food.
- Assist service staff as needed
- Learn a variety of support positions to aid service staff
- Any other relevant duties as assigned by supervisor or management
Requirements:
- Understanding of restaurant etiquette and service functions
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations
- Demonstrable customer service and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and respectfully, both over the phone and in person
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor the entire dining and bar area
- Responsible, enthusiastic, reliable, and professional demeanor
- Willingness to be cross-trained into other areas
- Commitment to excellence in your job
- Availability to work in shifts as needed
- Good physical condition to walk and stand during an entire shift
- Must have access to reliable transportation
Compensation: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour
